Almond Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 Perfect Keto Almond Butter Brownie Bar
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ½ cup stevia or monk fruit sweetener
- 3 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Add butter, extracts, and sweetener to a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix on high for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl (almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt)
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix just until well combined.
- Remove Perfect Keto bar from wrapper and cut into small pieces. Add to your cookie dough and stir until evenly distributed.
- Divide and scoop dough balls onto your prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle on sliced almonds if desired.
- Bake for 8 minutes, just until firm on the outside. Let cool slightly on wire rack, and enjoy.
