- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Vanilla Collagen
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 tablespoon monk fruit
- 1 Perfect Keto White Chocolate Nola Bar
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high until smooth. Add ice and blend until smoothie has thickened.
