Ingredients
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup monk fruit
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large whole eggs
- Pinch salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice (or heavy cream for an even richer donut)
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a donut pan with non-stick spray or butter.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl or stand mixer and whisk until smooth. Let sit 3-5 minutes.
- Divide and pour batter into the pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when poked through each donut.
