- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto chocolate collagen
- 2–3 tbsp sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, sift cacao powder to remove lumps. Add collagen, sweetener (if powdered), and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Pour in cold heavy cream (and sweetener if liquid).
- Using a hand mixer, whip until soft peaks form (about 2–3 min). Don’t overwhip.
- Spoon into serving dishes and chill at least 30 min before serving.
- Optional: top with fresh berries
