Ingredients
- 4 scoops MCT oil powder
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a blender (or jar, use immersion blender), combine everything but the cold water until smooth
- Then while blending slowly, drizzle in the cold water until the mix lightens and thickens
- Store in the fridge. It will become even thicker when chilled, separation may occur
- Set it at room temperature to soften and mix to combine
