Pumpkin Mixture Ingredients

One 8-ounce container of cream cheese
¼ 15-ounce can of cooked pumpkin
¼–½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1½ tablespoons monk fruit
¼ teaspoon Madagascar Vanilla (non-alcoholic flavoring) or vanilla extract works, too
2 scoops Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder Vanilla

Whipped Cream Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream (or 1 cup coconut cream)
¼ teaspoon vanilla
2 scoops Perfect Keto Collagen Salted Caramel

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, add all the ingredients for the pumpkin mixture and, using a hand mixture, mix until well-combined. Place mix in the fridge.
Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla, salted caramel to a chilled bowl and whip until relatively stiff peaks form.
Gently add the pumpkin mixture to the whipped cream mixture
Transfer to a serving glass with additional whipped cream and enjoy! Or place in the fridge until ready to be served.
