Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto Collagen Salted Caramel
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon stevia, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 3 heaped tablespoons canned pumpkin
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Whisk well until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet and grease with non stick spray or extra butter. Divide and pour batter onto pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
